Madlab Ventures d.o.o. operates Tipsterizer, a white-label software-as-a-service platform for sports-betting creators, affiliates, agencies, media owners, operators and their communities.

This Policy does not govern the independent processing activities of our customers, gambling operators, affiliates, social networks or other third parties.
We normally act as controller when we process personal data relating to: website visitors, prospective customers and leads, customer representatives, administrators and authorised users, billing, contractual and business contacts, support and security requests, applicants to Tipsterizer campaigns and promotions, and our own business analytics and marketing.
When a customer uses Tipsterizer with its creators, subscribers, followers, players or other end users, the customer normally determines the purposes and means of that processing. In those situations, the customer is normally the controller, Madlab Ventures normally acts as processor, and we process end-user data on the customer's documented instructions.
Customers are responsible for providing their own privacy notices, establishing a lawful basis, obtaining required consents, handling end-user requests and ensuring that their use of Tipsterizer complies with applicable law.
We may collect: name, business name, email address, telephone number, Telegram or social-media handle, country, job title or business role, information entered into contact, application or demo forms, correspondence and meeting information.
We may collect: customer and company details, authorised-user names and contact details, account roles and permissions, login and authentication information, subscription plan and commercial information, invoice and tax information, customer settings and branding preferences, account activity and audit logs.
Users may be able to access Tipsterizer using Google OAuth, Telegram login, or magic-link authentication. Where a third-party login method is used, we may receive basic account information permitted by that provider.
Where enabled by a customer, the platform may process: username and profile information, account identifiers, creator and community memberships, tips, content, comments and messages, free or premium access status, competition participation, subscription-access information, user preferences, engagement and activity information.
We may collect: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language and approximate region, session and login records, pages and platform functions used, timestamps, error and diagnostic information, security, fraud-prevention and audit logs, cookie and similar-technology identifiers.
We may process support requests, emails, messages, technical records and any information voluntarily supplied when communicating with us.
We use product and website analytics to understand how Tipsterizer is used, diagnose issues and improve the service. Our analytics tools may include PostHog or similar technology. We use PostHog Cloud EU for product and website analytics, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany.
Tipsterizer may use AI service providers, including OpenAI and xAI, to support functions such as translation, content assistance, summaries, filtering, moderation support, analysis and product support. AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable. Customers remain responsible for reviewing outputs.
This includes creating and managing accounts, authenticating users, configuring customer environments, providing Tipsterizer functionality, delivering support, operating customer-requested features, and managing subscriptions and commercial relationships. We may analyse aggregated or pseudonymised usage information to improve performance, features, usability and customer experience. Legal basis: legitimate interests and, where required for cookies, consent.
We may send information about Tipsterizer products, features, events and offers where the recipient has consented, or where there is an existing business relationship and a lawful legitimate-interest basis. Recipients may unsubscribe at any time.
We may use applicant information to review eligibility, verify audience authenticity, communicate with applicants, administer offers and onboarding, select and notify winners, prevent fraud, and meet legal and accounting obligations.
We may process information where necessary to comply with tax and accounting rules, court orders, lawful government or regulatory requests, data-protection requirements, fraud, security or criminal-law obligations, and legal claims and dispute resolution.
We may obtain information directly from the individual, from the customer that operates the relevant Tipsterizer environment, from authorised administrators and users, through use of the website or platform, through authentication providers, from analytics and security tools, from public business and social-media sources, from commercial partners where lawful, and from regulators or authorities.
We may share personal data only where necessary and lawful with: hosting, cloud and content-delivery providers, authentication providers, analytics and security providers, AI and technology service providers, customer-support and communications providers, professional advisers, accountants and lawyers, customers where we act on their instructions, competent courts, regulators and authorities, and potential buyers or investors in a corporate transaction.
Our primary application infrastructure is hosted in the European Union, including AWS infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany. We do not sell personal data.
The public Tipsterizer marketing website is delivered using Vercel. The authenticated Tipsterizer application and its primary customer and end-user data are hosted using Amazon Web Services infrastructure in Frankfurt, Germany.
Protected backup copies are stored using AWS infrastructure. Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups until overwritten under our normal backup cycle.
Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision, approved Standard Contractual Clauses, supplementary safeguards, or another mechanism permitted by data-protection law.
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Retention is determined by factors including the duration of the customer relationship, the type and sensitivity of the information, applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations, and limitation periods for legal claims.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, authentication controls, encryption in transit, role-based permissions, logging and monitoring, secure infrastructure, backups and recovery processes, restricted staff and contractor access, and incident-response procedures.

We do not intend to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals, unless specifically disclosed and permitted by law.
Tipsterizer is intended only for persons aged 18 or over. Customers are responsible for applying appropriate age restrictions, notices and checks for their own end users and target markets. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children.
Where Madlab Ventures processes personal data on behalf of a customer, a Data Processing Addendum will form part of the contractual relationship. Customers may request the current Data Processing Addendum by contacting info@tipsterizer.com.
Customers are responsible for determining their lawful basis, providing end-user privacy notices, obtaining required marketing and cookie consents, ensuring their data collection is proportionate, configuring the service lawfully, responding to end-user requests, complying with age, gambling, advertising and direct-marketing rules, and informing Madlab Ventures of unlawful or unauthorised processing.
Tipsterizer may include links or integrations with third-party websites, social networks, operators and service providers. Those third parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies. Madlab Ventures is not responsible for their independent privacy practices.
